JELD-WEN Europe Announces Sale of Building and Consolidation of Operations in Finland

[Solihull, 18 June 2024] – JELD-WEN Europe, part of JELD-WEN Holding, Inc. (NYSE: JELD), a leading designer, manufacturer and distributor of interior doors and doorsets, today announces the sale of its Mattiovi site in Alavus, Finland to Elonen, for their new Töysäläinen bakery. This strategic move is part of JELD-WEN Europe’s ongoing efforts to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.

All operations based at the Maatiovi site have been consolidated into facilities in Kuopio and Vääksy. This consolidation is expected to foster greater collaboration among teams, improve resource allocation, and support our long-term growth objectives.
